Your queston is not clear but if you want to know the two singers shown at at those marks in the video then at Mark 13.30 it's Echapé,at the time of this show he was still with Wemba,he's now with Ferre Gola and at Mark 21.43 it's Jos Diena otherwise there is a combination of Viva and QL singers there from Shabrown with the funny hat from Viva,Omba of QL,Jitrois,Babia etc

Yeah,that's now Ferre Gola's singer Echapé and at 22.43 it's Koffi's singer,i think his name is Edo. Now you see what i was saying about Koffi's new male singers like Edo,Omba and the others,no one knows them as they only do choruses,if they do solo vocals it's only on a couple of songs on the album all because Koffi is deeply in love with Cindy yet even amongst the Mikwapins(female singers) there are some who sound better or the same as Cindy.

its charlie chaplin the guy from viva, more precisely the now dead bana malongi, its pronunciation with the congolese accent which makes its sounds like echape and yes,i once followed a tv show where they invited joss for a few minutes and then wemba for an hour and before joss left,wemba said to him " you have a very nice voice and a bright future ahead if you can maintain this voice pureness for years"

I believe you're right,you know,i have always known him as Chaplin but somehow Papa Wemba called him Echape on the song Par-ci Par la on the album Kaka Yo,Ferre too sounds like he says Echape on the song Leke Leke,thanx for the confirmation.
