As far as I know the answer is yes, but there are at least 2 45rpm singles released in 1978, Anibo and Ba la joie.

Thanks Ronald. I begin my Koffi library with Ngobila all others before that I might have watched a song (petit ya Yesu) on a video compilation but I have the '78-79 on Papa Wemba cds and at least one with either victoria eleison or Zaiko.
